NOTICE OF INTENDED INCREASE IN RATES FOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br /> FOR SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT AND GRINDING <br /> To: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested persons. <br /> NOTIt~E IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.020 and <br /> 7.130 of the Eugene Code, 1971, the City Manager of the City of Eugene intends to <br /> increase the .rates for maintenance services for sidewalk replacement and grinding projects <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> I!, Maintenance Services <br /> Current Rate Proposed Rate <br /> 25 sq. ft. = 5250.00 25 sq. ft. = 5275.00 <br /> <br /> I, 50 sq. ft. = 5300.00 50 sq. ft. = 5325.00 <br /> 75 sq. ft. = 5350.00 _ 75 sq. ft. = 5375.00 <br /> <br /> ' 550.00 er rind ~ 560.00 er rind <br /> p 9 p 9 <br /> <br /> i <br /> i <br /> The proposed rates are consistent with applicable policies and directives of the City <br /> Council, com arable to the rates established in other 'urisdictions for rovidin such <br /> P 1 p 9 <br /> ' services, and are necessary in order to recover the costs of administering the program <br /> from the beneficiaries thereof as directed by the City Council and Section 7.130 of the <br /> Eugene Code, 1971. <br /> Persoms desiring to comment hereon shall submit written comments to the City <br /> Manager, 777 Pearl Street, Room 105, Eugene, Oregon 97401, within 15 days from the <br /> <br /> j ' date of publication and posting as indicated below.
