NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> Based upon the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in <br /> Administrative Rule R-5.040TD, the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders that: <br /> 1. A traffic diverter, including appropriate signing, shall be established on <br /> Alder Street south of the intersection of East 32nd Avenue. <br /> 2.
