Lessees <br /> shall keep all doors and gates providing access to any part of the <br /> airfi ld closed and locked at all times, except when in use. All operators shall conform to FAR Parts 107 and 108 <br /> and ith applicable portions of the Eugene Airport Security Program. <br /> Lesse s are responsible for the security of their leased areas and for <br /> acces through their leased doors and gates. <br /> 5.2.4 Parking of Motor Vehicles at Apron. No motor. vehicle shall <br /> be pa.ked at an apron within ten (10) feet from any fire hydrant. <br /> 5.3 Operation of Aircraft. <br /> 5.3.1 Careless, Negligent or Reckless Operation of Aircraft. No <br /> aircr ft shall be operated on the surface of any part of the Airport: <br /> ! in a areless or negligent manner; while the person controlling the <br /> opera ion of the aircraft is under the influence of intoxicating liquor, <br /> or an drug affecting the senses; or, if the aircraft is constructed, <br /> equip ed or loaded in a manner which endangers or may endanger persons <br /> or pr perty. <br /> 5.3.2 c~,mpliance with Official Orders, Signals and Directions. <br /> The p rson in control of any aircraft must comply with any order, signal <br /> or di ection of the Control Tower or the Airport Manager, and applicable <br /> light signs, signals and pavement markings. <br /> 5.3:3 Two-Way Radjo Regs~ired on Aircraft. No aircraft may land, <br /> take ff, or taxi at the Airport without a radio capable of direct two- <br /> way c mmunication with the Control Tower, except in the case of an <br /> i emerg ncy or the prior approval of the Control Tower. <br /> 5.3.4 Permission Required for Cerirain Activities. No person, <br /> witho t prior written permission of the Airport Manager, shall at the <br /> Airpo t: <br /> 5.3.4.1. Land or take off a motorless aircraft; <br /> 5.3.4.2. Engage in special aviation events or <br /> demonstrations; or <br /> 5.3.4.3. Land, taxi, or take off an aircraft having an <br /> actual gross weight over that indicated for the Airport in the <br /> FAA Airport Facility Directory. <br /> i <br /> Rules - 16 <br /> <br />
