<br /> " 4.11.7 Advance Notification. Advance notification to the Airport <br /> Manager of intent to picket, demonstrate, solicit, or distribute printed <br /> material at the Airport is encouraged but not required. Interested <br /> groups may wish to give advance notice where possible so that problems <br /> with interferences with Airport activities can be resolved in advance. <br /> 4.12 Interference with Op~rat~~n of Air raft. No person shall inter- <br /> fere with the operation of aircraft, or start the engine of an aircraft <br /> without the consent of the aircraft's operator. <br /> 4.13 Lost Articles. Lost or mislaid articles shall be turned in to the <br /> Airport Manager's office by the finders. Such property shall be disposed of <br /> as provided by state law (ORS 98.005 and ,98.025 and ORS 98.302 to 98.436). <br /> 4.14 Use of Hazardous Materials and Environmental Law ComQliancp. <br /> 4.14.1 Hazardous materials shall not be stored in hangars except <br /> in hazardous materials storage lockers approved by the Fire Chief and <br /> Airport Manager. <br /> 4.14.2 All persons shall comply with federal, state, and City of <br /> Eugene laws relating to the protection of human health and the environ- <br /> ment, including laws and regulations pertaining to the use, storage, and <br /> transportation of hazardous materials. <br /> 4.14.3 All persons shall exercise extreme care in handling haz- <br /> ardous materials. Each person using hazardous materials shall undertake <br /> any and all preventative, investigatory or remedial action which is <br /> required by law or by order of a governmental agency with jurisdiction <br /> under the law or which is necessary to prevent or minimize property dam- <br /> age or personal injury by release or exposure to hazardous materials. <br /> In the event a person fails to perform any of these obligations the City <br /> may, but is not required to, perform these obligations at the person's <br /> expense. <br /> 4.14.4 No person, without the permission of the Airport Manager, <br /> shall place any solid, or pour any liquid other than water, down floor <br /> drains, manholes, or other sewer connections. Each person shall comply <br /> with the industrial pretreatment provisions of the Eugene Code, includ- <br /> ing sections 6.501 to 6.596 of the Eugene Code, effective December, 1993 <br /> as they exist now or may, hereafter be amended. <br /> x- <br /> 4.15 Fire Req tions. <br /> 4.15.1 Open Flame Operations. Open flames, flame producing <br /> devices or other sources of ignition shall not be permitted in any <br /> hangar, except as approved by the Airport Manager. <br /> 4.15.2 Combustible Storage. No person shall store combustible <br /> materials or other hazardous materials in any aircraft hangar, except <br /> in locations and containers approved by the Fire Chief and Airport <br /> Manager. <br /> Rules - 13 <br /> <br />
