"Ground Transportation <br /> Activity" d es not include dropping off persons or property at the Airport. <br /> 2.18 H~,7ardous material - materials that, because of their quantity, <br /> concentrati n or physical, chemical or infectious characteristics, may cause <br /> or pose a p esent or potential hazard to human health or the environment when <br /> improperly sed, stored, disposed of, transported or otherwise handled.
