<br /> NOTI EIS HER)~BY GIVEN that pursuant to the authority contained in Sections
<br /> 2.019 and 6. 51 of the Eugene Code, 1971, Micheal D. Gleason, City Manager of the City
<br /> of Eugene, i ends to adopt as a permanent rule the Proposed Administrative Rule R-6.451
<br /> Adopting endments to the Stormwater Service Methodology which:
<br /> Amends the Stormwater Service Methodology adopted by Ordinance
<br /> No. 9939, as subsequently amended by Ordinance No. 19984 and
<br /> Admi istrative Order No. 58-94-27, to incorporate a street related component
<br /> and cl rify that exemptions or reductions provided for therein do not apply to
<br /> road r administrative components of the Stormwater charges by amending
<br /> Sectio s 3.0, 4.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.2.4, 5.2.5, 5.3.1, 5.3.1, 6.1 and 6.2 of the
<br /> Meth dology, and by effecting minor editorial changes throughout to create
<br /> consis ent usage of terms such as, but not limited to, changing customer "class"
<br /> to cus Omer "category," all as more particularly set forth in Schedule 1 to this
<br /> Notic .
<br /> The roposed Administrative Rule R-6.451, is necessary in order to ensure
<br /> compliance 'th the actions directed by the Council through implementation of the proper
<br /> Stormwater c stomer charges. This Notice, and Schedule 1 hereto, which sets, forth the
<br /> proposed re "sions may be reviewed at the office of the Planning & Development
<br /> Department, Permit Services Division, 244 East Broadway, Eugene, Oregon 97401, and at
<br /> the Public orks Department, 858 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, during normal
<br /> business hou s (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays).
<br /> All p rsons wishing to comment thereon or object thereto must submit their
<br /> comments or objections to Les Lyle, City Engineer, Public Works Department, 858 Pearl
<br /> Street, Euge e, Oregon 97401, in writing, within fifteen (15) days of the date of the first
<br /> publication h reof, as indicated below. The City Manager will thereafter adopt the Proposed
<br /> Administrati a Rule R-6.451, as a Permanent Rule.
