NOTICE OF INTENDED AMENDMENT <br /> OF SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT CHARGE METHODOLOGY <br /> To: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested persons. <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.020, 7.705, and <br /> 7.710 of the Eugene, Code, 1971, the City Manager of the City of Eugene intends to amend the <br /> current City of Eugene Systems Development Charges (SDCs) based on the City Engineer's review <br /> of the National Construction Cost Index published by the Engineering News Record for the <br /> preceding twelve months; and to revise Appendix F, of the Methodologies, effective February 1993, <br /> to inGude component costs not reflected in the original analysis.
