As
a result of th t plan, the Council requested further discussion of policy issues related to
allowing park ng~, off improved surfaces in parks.
D. t Tits November 16, 1994 meeting the City Council approved Option 2
presented to the Council by staff at that meeting, and directed that until changes are
effected to the E gene Code, 1971 regulating parking off improved surfaces in parks, the
City Manager d pt such administrative rules as were necessary to allow vehicle parking
in designated ar as off improved surfaces on parkland.
Now, t e~efore, based upon the above findings, I hereby propose to adopt the
following Poli y',and Procedures Regulating Vehicle Parking Off Improved Surfaces in
' Parks:
PROPOS DPOLICY AND PROCEDURES REGULATING VEHICLE PARKING
OFF IMPROVED SURFACES IN PARKS
dministrative rder - 1
VIII
