NOTICE OF INTENDED FEES <br /> FOR APPEALS TO THE HEARINGS OFFICIAL RELATED TO THE <br /> OZONE PROTECTION PROVISIONS OF THE EUGENE CODE,1971 <br /> AND ADMINISTRATIVE RULES ADOPTED THEREUNDER <br /> To: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested <br /> persons. <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.020 of <br /> the Eugene, Code, 1971, the City Manager of the City of Eugene intends to establish a <br /> fee of $100 for appeals to the Hearings Official from decisions subject to review under <br /> Sections 6.700 to 6.725 of the Eugene Code, 1971, or the administrative rules <br /> concurrently being proposed for adoption thereunder. The proposed fee is consistent <br /> with the fee charged for similar appeals, and is necessary in. order to comply with the <br /> Council's directive to recover the costs of such services from the beneficiaries thereof. <br /> Persons desiring to comment hereon shall submit written comments to the <br /> City Manager, City Hall, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, within 15 days from <br /> the date of posting of this Notice indicated below. The City Manager will consider the <br /> comments received and by administrative order establish the fees as proposed or as <br /> modified in response to comments, after the expiration of the period for comment, to <br /> become effective upon the adoption of the proposed Ozone Protection Administrative <br /> Rule R-6.725. <br /> Dated this ~ 7~ day of ~ 1995. <br /> Micheal D.
