ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER N0.589513 of the City Manager of the City of Eugene CO ERNING NOTICE OF INTENDED FEES FOR APPEALS RELATED TO E ZONE PROTECTION PROVISIONS OF THE EUGENE CODE,1971 AND ADMINISTRATIVE RULES ADOPTED THEREUNDER The C ty Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: A. S~ction 2.020 of the Eugene, Code, 1971 authorizes the City Manager of the City of E g~ne to determine and set fees and charges to be imposed by the.City for services, go ds, use of municipal property, and licenses and permits. In accordance it the procedures set forth therein, I intend to establish the fee for appeals tote earings Official from decisions subject to review under Sections 6.700 to 6.7 5 f the Eugene Code, 1971 {Ozone Protection provisions), and the rules concurrently be ng proposed for adoption thereunder, as set forth in the Notice of Intended Fes ttached as Exhibit A hereto and incorporated herein by reference. B. I f nd that the fee set forth in Exhibit A hereto is consistent with applicable policies and it ctives of the City Council, the amount charged for comparable rr appeals, and is necessary in order to recover the costs incurred by the City in processing suc~ appeals. On th b~sis of these findings, I order that: 1. C~pies of the Notice be provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, posted at tw Ic~cations at City Hall, and be made available for interested persons at the offices of th City Manager, City Hall, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401. 2. AI persons desiring to comment thereon shall submit written comments as set forth i t e Notice. I will thereafter establish the fee by an administrative order, to become e e tive upon adoption of the proposed Ozone Protection Administrative Rule R-6.72.
