J ,,,~1 SDC METHODOLOGY: The proposed revisions to the SDC Methodology are reflected in Attachment #1 - #4, (SDC I~lethodlology) to this Exhibit A to Administrative Order No. 58-96-06 and include a classification for an e~uivalsnt dwelling unit for Large Volume User for both the local City wastewater system of $560.58, and tlhe regional MWMC wastewater system of $331.00, to be included in the SDC rates for City systems, vyhch are automatically adjusted each year pursuant to Section 2.3 of the February, 1993 SOC ll~lethodology, and can be viewed by interested persons at the following locations: City Hall Public Works Department ' 777 Pearl St. 858 Pearl St., Lobby Eugene Public Library Permit and Information Center 100 West 13th Ave Atrium Building 99 West 10th Ave The proposed SDC Methodology and Fees established by the City, and the Fees and Credits ~s~ablished by the MWMC, are designed to recover the city's costs, conform with applicable state law, ~~pttd City policies, guidelines, and ordinances, are comparable to and generally below the fees ?urged by other jurisdictions, and should be implemented effective July 1, 1996. Persons desiring to comment hereon shall submit written comments to the City Engineer, Public ,,,~v~,~s Department, 858 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, within 45 calendar days from the first date ~f publication and posting of this Notice as indicated below. The City Manager Pro Tem will consider the `nments received and by administrative order establish the SDC methodology and SDC Fees, and the ~1~ Fees and Credits, as proposed or as modified in response to comments, after the expiration of the pariod for comment.
