, <br /> ~ I~ <br /> <br /> • NOTICE OF INTENDED AMENDMENT <br /> OF THE SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT CHARGE (SDC) METHODOLOGY, <br /> FEES, AND CREDITS <br /> ~'o: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested persons. <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.020, 7.705, and 7.710 <br /> bf (he Eugene, Code, 1971, the City Manager of the City of Eugene intends to amend the City of Eugene <br /> $QC Methodology to establish a large volume wastewater user SDC classification and method of <br /> CaNculation for both the local City and regional MWMC components; to allow the adjustment of SDC <br /> $;h~rg~s and credits after development occurs; to amend the MWMC Equalization Fees, as calculated <br /> Iby', the MWMC, and Credits thereto; and to repeal any Administrative Orders in conflict, including <br /> ,Ad'ministrative Order #58-95-06-F. The City of Eugene SDC rates for each system as set forth in Table <br /> #1 hereto reflect a 2.15% increase based on the City Engineer's review of the National Construction Cost <br /> index, published by the Engineering News Record for the preceding twelve months, which are <br /> automatically adjusted each year pursuant to Section 2.3 of the February, 1993 SDC Methodology, and <br /> Dave been included herein for ease of reference only.
