The abutting property consists of the Lincoln School Apartments and the <br /> McNail-Riley Neighborhood Center on the west side of the street, and <br /> single family and duplex units on the east side. <br /> (j) Emergencies. <br /> ? Emergency vehicle services won't be affected by this project. <br /> (k) The public health, safety, and welfare. <br /> ? Approximately 185 feet of unrestricted pazking will be removed. This is <br /> the equivalent of nine pazking spaces. <br /> I <br /> 1 ~ <br /> ? There is a high demand for parking in this area during the Lane County <br /> Fair, but low demand the rest of the year. <br /> ?
