E. The Access Engineering report recommends the addition of a third southbound <br /> lane on Jefferson Street north of 13th Avenue; and <br /> F. The addition of a third southbound lane on Jefferson Street would require removal <br /> of parking on the west side of Jefferson Street between 12th and 13th avenues and <br /> a six foot widening of Jefferson Street.
