<br /> ~ ~ T <br /> NOTICE OF INTENDED AIRPORT FEE SCHEDULE REVISIONS <br /> To: The 11~Iayor and City Councilors, and other interested persons. <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.440 to 2.442 of the <br /> Eugene, Code, 1971, the Airport Manager of the City of Eugene, as the designee of the City Manager, intends <br /> to amend Sections 4 and 5 of the Airport Fee Schedule by revising the Landing Fee Rate and the Terminal <br /> Building Rental Rate, establishing a Joint Use Terminal Fee, and deleting the "New Signatory" classification <br /> therefrom, as follows: <br /> AIRPORT FEE SCHEDULE <br /> rr n Proposg~ <br /> 4. Landing Fees: <br /> Signatory $0.85/per 1,000 lbs $1.12/per 1,000 Ibs <br /> Non-signatory $1.06/per 1,000 lbs $1.40/per 1,000 lbs <br /> 5. Terminal Building Rental Rate: <br /> Signatory $50.00/sq ftlper year $40.75/sq ft/per yeaz <br /> Non-Signatory $62.50/sq ft/per yeaz $40.75/sq ftlper yeaz <br /> Joint Use Terminal Fee : $00.00..................... $ 1.71 per enplanement <br /> The foregoing fees have been proposed after investigating the fees charged at other airports, the City's policies <br /> on recovery of user fees, and the revenue needs of the Eugene Airport.
