NOTICE OF INTENDED ESTABLISHMENT OF <br /> LONG-TERM RIGHT-OF-WAY USE PERMIT FEES <br /> To: The Mayor and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested persons. <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.020 and <br /> 7.290 to 7.340 of the Eugene, Code, 1971, the City Manager Pro Tem of the Ciry of Eugene <br /> intends to amend the right-of--way use permit fees set forth in Exhibit A to Administrative Order <br /> No. 58-94-O1-F to add along-Term Right-of--Way Use fee, to be used where another <br /> administrative rule or Code provision authorize use of the right of way, as follows: <br /> RIGHT-OF-WAY 4E PERMIT FEE <br /> Permit Tvne: urren <br /> Long-Term Use of the Right-of--Way <br /> Surface (No air or subsurface rights) $ 0.00 $ 0.15 sf/year <br /> Minimum one-year fee required <br /> The proposed fee is consistent with applicable policies and directives of the City Council, <br /> including policies developed through the Eugene Decisions process, is based on the City's estimation of <br /> the costs associated with processing and monitoring such requests, and is necessary in order to comply <br /> with the Council's directive that the cost of administering the program be recovered from the beneficiaries <br /> of the services. <br /> Persons desiring to comment hereon shall submit written comments to the City Engineer, Public <br /> Works Department, 858 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401 within 15 days from the date of posting <br /> indicated below.
