ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-96- <br /> of the <br /> . AIRPORT MANAGER <br /> CONCERNING NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVISION TO AIRPORT <br /> ~ FEE SCHEDULE. <br /> i <br /> The Airport Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br /> A. Authority is granted to the City Manager- of the City of Eugene under Sections 2.440 to 2.442 <br /> off' the Eugene Code, 1971 to set fees and charges for the use of the Eugene Airport. The City Manager has <br /> fi~tther delegated that authority to the Airport Manager undo Airport Role 8.4.2. <br /> B. Pursuant to that delegated authority the Airport Manager issued Administrative Order No. S 6- <br /> 96-12-F oa June 20,199b adopting a revised Airport Fee Schedule. After investigating the fees charged at other <br /> airports, the City's policies on recovery of user fns, and the revenue Wads of the Eugene Airport, I have <br /> dttermined that the Airport Fee Schedule should be revised by: (1) changing the designation of section 2 to <br /> ~ Nonsignatory/Signatory/Un.~ched?iled Airlines, deleting the ramp fee therein, and increasing the Gatc/hold room <br /> and counter fee; {2) amending section 3 to reflect when the requirement for payment of storage/parl:ing fees <br /> ~ becomes effective; (3) revising the terminal building rental rates in section S; (4) adding a signatory jet bridge <br /> rental fee; (S) revising the Old Tower building least fcc; and (6) adding a hazardous substance response fee, ail <br /> a$ set forth in the Notice of Intended Fees attached as Exhibit A hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> i, <br /> On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br /> i <br /> 1. Copies of the Notice be provided to rho persons who have requested notice, persons currently <br /> i, <br /> i plying such charges, posted at two locations at the Airport, published in the Register Guazd, a newspaper of <br /> gt~neral circulation within the City and be made available for interested persons at the oflaces of the Airport <br /> Iv#anager, 288SS Lockheed Drive, Eugene, Oregon 97402 during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., <br /> It~onday through Friday, exclusive of holiday s). <br /> f <br /> 2. All persons desiring to comment thereon shall submit written comments as set forth in the <br /> Nrstice.
