The City Manager shall review the methodologies established <br /> ~I under this Ordinance after it has been implemented for 12 months and report <br /> he result of that review to the City's Building Construction Advisory Com- <br /> ittee or such other public body of the City concerned with the impact of City <br /> ~mposed charges and the cost of capital improvements financed in whole or in <br /> dart by the system development charge. Thereafter such reviews shall be con- <br /> e <br /> ~ucted at least tri-annually. <br /> Section 8. The City Recorder, at the request of, or with the concur- <br /> , <br /> r^ence of the City Attorney, is authorized to administratively correct any <br /> ?~eference errors contained herein or in other provisions of the Eugene Code, <br /> x.971, to the provisions added, amended or repealed herein. <br /> Section 9. Repeal. Sections 7.175(2)(b)5.d., 7.245, 7.275, 7.277, <br /> I, '.279, 7.281, 7.283, and 7.285 of the Eugene Code, 1971, are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 10.
