Based on that <br /> total, the administrative charge shall be calculated and added. After determining the <br /> total charges plus administrative charge the credits shall be determined and deducted <br /> to arrive at the SDC to be collected. <br /> .0 Definitions and General Approach <br /> 's section outlines the general approach taken in calculating the City's development <br /> harges and in determining and specifying appropriate expenditures of SDC revenue. For <br /> the purposes of this document, the definitions in the Eugene Code, 1971 shall apply unless <br /> expressly provided to the contrary. Appendix B contains definitions of words and phrases <br /> hick are used throughout this report. <br /> 2.1 Definitions <br /> As used in the definition of "development" in EC 7.010 and for purposes of this <br /> document, the phrase "Change in use or appearance of a structure or land which <br /> increases the usage" occurs in the following circumstances: <br /> (1) As used in EC 7.725(b) and this definition "single family dwelling" means a <br /> ~ "Dwelling, single family detached" as defined in EC 9.015. <br /> (2) Exemption.
