Such fees are hereby determined not to exceed the cost of <br /> in petting and installing such a connection. <br /> (2 If an applicant to connect to a wastewater or stormwater facility would result in extraordinary cost <br /> ofi inspecting and installing the connection, nothing in this definition shall prevent the City from <br /> re uiring tfie applicant pay such costs. Represents the use of capacity that is <br /> a proximately equal to that of a single dwelling unit.
