<br /> 4 <br /> - ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-97-fJly <br /> of the <br /> AIRPORT MANAGER <br /> CONCERNING NOTICE OF PROPOSED REVISION TO AIRPORT <br /> SHORT TERM AND LONG TERM PARKING RATES. . <br /> The Airport Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br /> A. Authority is granted to the City Manager of the City of Eugene under Sections 2.440 to 2.442 <br /> f the Eugene Code, 1971 to set fees and charges for the use of the Eugene Airport. The City Manager has <br /> er delegated that authority to the Airport Manager under Airport Rule 8.4.2. <br /> B. Piusuant to that delegated authority Administrative Order No. 58-96-12-F was issued on Iune <br /> 0,1996 revising and ratifying the Airport Fee Schedule attached as Exhibit A thereto. After investigating the <br /> ees l charged at other airports, the City's policies on recovery of user fees, and the revenue needs of the Eugene <br /> ' rt, I have detcamined that the short term and longterm parking lot fees set forth in Section ll of the Airport <br /> ee!~Schedule should be increased, as set forth in the Notice of Intended Fees attached as Exhibit A hereto and <br /> ' cgrporated herein by reference. " <br /> On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br /> i. Copies of the Notice be provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, persons who have requested <br /> otiice, persons currently paying such charges, posted at two locations at the Airport, published in the Register <br /> Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City and be made available for interested persons at the <br /> offices of the Airport Manager, 28855 Lockheed Drive, Eugene, Oregon 97402 during normal business hours <br /> (5:(10 a.m. to 5:04 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays). <br /> 2. All persons desiring to comment thereon shall submit written comments as set forth in the <br /> Notice.
