Aftachment #2, in <br /> Appe dix D, the River Road/Santa Clara/Highway 99 Area -City Wastewater SDC Rate map, <br /> show the specific areas that are eligible for this alternate SDC calculation method. <br /> 4.2 Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission (MWMC) Wastewater <br /> System <br /> The ity of Eugene entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Springfield <br /> and ane County in 1978 which established the Metropolitan Wastewater Management <br /> Corn ission. On May 15, 1997, the Commission adopted the MWMC Systems Development <br /> Char a which includes a regional administrative charge.
