Change of Use <br /> en a change of use of an existing development results in an increased impact on <br /> th regional wastewater facilities (as demonstrated by calculating the SDC for both _ <br /> us s), the SDC will be charged on the increased impact. This is determined by <br /> ca ulating what the development's charge would be for the cun'ent use, and for the <br /> p posed use. If the proposed use would result in a higher charge, the difference is <br /> col ected. <br /> 2. MWMC SDC Credit <br /> A edit for property taxes on real property paid to retire bonded debt incurred for the <br /> co struction of regional wastewater facilities shaA be deducted from the MWMC <br /> SD .The credit shah accrue from the year of annexation to the City, and be based <br /> up n the assessed value of the reahproperry at the time of application for connection <br /> tot a system. The current credit is shown in Attachment 4. <br /> 2.5 MWMC Administrative Charge <br /> A f oher adjustment to the regional wastewater SDC is the addition of administrative <br /> cos s. MWMC will incur staff costs for the updating and processing of the charge. <br /> The a costs are applied on a per connection basis.
