Occasionally, the City will require <br /> ad~di ionai provisio s specific to the individual permit. These special provisions will be <br /> liste on the appr ed permit and will then supplement or supersede the Standard <br /> Spe ifications. <br /> 3 TECHNIC L PROVISIONS (PLACEMENT OF FACILITIES) <br /> AI( onstruction a d maintenance work performed by the permittee shall be done in a <br /> <br /> {na ner designed o leave al! areas in which work was performed in a condition as near as <br /> po ible, if not be er, to that which existed before such work began. A "patched" <br /> ap earance is vis ally detrimental to the abutting properties, and efforts from both the <br /> per ittee and the City should be made to avoid this wherever possible. <br /> Pla ement of faci ities within the public way shat( conform to plans, codes, administrative <br /> rWl sand the Sta Bard Specifications adopted by the City.
