The purpose of this <br /> notification is t encourage collocation of facilities and minimize impacts on the public way <br /> by providing her utilities and license holders an opportunity to install facilities in a joint <br /> tench or to co rdinate work along the same street segment. Notification timing and format <br /> <br /> wilt be determi ed by the initiating utility or licensee so long as the notification purpose and <br /> documen#atio requirements are met. <br /> 2.B ANN A~. PERMITS FOR MINOR RECURRING ACTIVITIES <br /> Franchised u ilities, EWEB, and City-licensed facility operators have the option of <br /> requesting an nnual "blanket" facilities permit for individual service line installations, minor <br /> repairs to exis ing facilities, routine maintenance functions and similar recurring activities. <br /> The written r quest for an annual permit shall be made to the Maintenance Planning <br /> Manager and hall contain the following information and stipulations: <br /> 1.
