The project will result in a net gain of one metered pazking space and one <br /> commercial pazking space. Twelve metered pazking spaces and one commercial <br /> space will be removed from the east side of the street. These will be replaced by <br /> a thirteen metered spaces and two commercial pazking spaces on the west side of <br /> the street. <br /> ? The existing metered spaces south of 10~' Avenue receive moderate usage. It is <br /> anticipated that the new spaces will be used more, after the new retail spaces aze <br /> occupied.. <br /> ? The commercial space that will be removed is south of 11 Avenue. The two <br /> new commercial spaces aze north of 11`h Avenue, so they won't provide a <br /> 3 replacement for the removed commercial space. On-street parking south of 11 <br /> Avenue will be examined if the loss of the commercial space creates a problem <br /> for area businesses. <br /> <br />
