.a , <br /> 4.8.2 No person shall engage in any disruptive behavior at the Airport. _ <br /> As used herein, "disruptive behavior" includes, but is not limited <br /> to, behavior that: (a) interferes with the use of the Airport by other <br /> persons; (b) interferes with or hinders Airport staff in the <br /> performance of their duties; or (c) is inconsistent with the purpose <br /> and intent of the Airport and disturbing to the staff or other persons <br /> _ using the premises. <br /> 2. Amend Exhibit 2 to the Rules Governing the Use of Mahlon Sweet Airport <br /> adopted by Administrative Order No. 58-95-01, as reflected in the Exhibit 2 attached <br /> hereto. <br /> 3. Except as proposed herein, all other provisions of the Rules Governing the <br /> Use of Mahlon Sweet Airport adopted by Administrative Order No. 58-95-01 remain in <br /> full force and effect. <br /> Public Notice of this proposed amendment to the Rules of Governing the Use of <br /> Mahlon Sweet Airport shall be given by making copies thereof available to any person <br /> who has requested such notice, and by publication thereof in the Register Guard, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation within the City for at least five days, providing <br /> interested persons an opportunity of not less than 15 days to submit data or comments <br /> thereon.
