Change of Use II hen a change of use of an existing development results in an increased impact o the regional wastewater facilities (as demonstrated by calculating the SDC for ' b th uses), the SDC will be charged on the increased impact. This is determined b calculating what the development's charge would be for the current use, and for th proposed use. If the proposed use would result in a higher charge, the di erence is collected. 2. MWMC SDC Credit A credit for property taxes on real property paid to retire bonded debt incurred for t construction of regional wastewater facilities shall be deducted from the MWMC S C. The credit shall accrue from the year of annexation to the City, and be b sed upon the assessed value of the real property at the time of application for c nnection to the system. The current credit is shown in Attachment 4. 2 5 MWMC Administrative Charge ! A further adjustment to the regional wastewater SDC is the addition of a ministrative costs. MWMC will incur staff costs for the updating and processing o the charge. These costs are applied on a per connection basis.
