A ~ <br /> c) Operating or using any battery or vehicle operated noise-producing <br /> device in a manner that disturbs other park visitors. <br /> d) Participating in a public demonstration, disturbance, or riotous <br /> behavi r that interferes with the reasonable use by the general public of the park <br /> . or facility. <br /> (e) Using a metal detector within a park without the written permission of <br /> the Cit . <br /> (f) Playing sports outside recreation areas set aside for that purpose if <br /> the ac ivity is harmful to plant life or fixtures, or interferes with other uses of the <br /> park. <br /> (g) Playing sports or engaging in other activities in areas set aside for <br /> organi ed sports activities during a time when such areas are scheduled by the City <br /> for us without the written permission of the City. <br /> (h) Organized non-City sponsored sports activities on athletic facilities <br /> witho written permission from the City. <br /> (i) Organized group events such as picnics, weddings, etc. within the <br /> Hendr cks Park Rhododendron Garden section, as such activities would disturb the <br /> tranq ility of the area. <br /> (j) Wading, swimming or bathing in any of the pools, ponds, canals, or other <br /> water eatures of Alton Baker Park. <br /> (k) Unless necessary to assist a disabled person, as defined in ORS <br /> 174.4 7, or a child under the age of eight years old, with his or her use of a <br /> restro m, no more than one person at a time may occupy a restroom stall in any <br /> park rea. <br /> Engaging in any commercial or special use of a park or park facility <br /> such s, but not limited to, commercial photography and production of videos or <br /> movie without first obtaining a license or permit therefore from the City.
