Prohibited within enclosed structures and the yard area <br /> immediately surrounding the structures at the following special facilities, <br /> except by special authorization of the person or entity in charge of the facility <br /> as indicated below: <br /> a. Laureiwood Golf Course, Pro-Shop, Upstairs rental <br /> space (Golf course operator); <br /> b. Shelton McMurphy Johnson House (Non-profit group); <br /> c. Wayne Morse Ranch Park (Caretaker); <br /> d. Willamette Science & Technology Center (Lessee). <br /> 4. Prohibited throughout the following park areas: <br /> a.
