I~ i NOTICE OF INTENDED ADOPTION OF STREET AND POLE BANNER FEE SCHEDULE The Ma or and City Councilors of the City of Eugene, and other interested ~ person . ~ NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.020 of the ~ ugene, Code, 1971, the City Manager of the City of Eugene intends to adopt the Street a d Pole Bann r Fee Schedule as follows: STREET AND POLE BANNER FEE SCHEDULE Street a d/or Pole Banner Permit (authorizes installation of st eet and/or pole banners for up to 21 consecutive days i p r application) $37.45* Remova of Street or Pole Banner by City, actual costs in urred by the City in connection with the removal ~ of a banner, including equipment costs and City p rsonnel labor costs at the hourly rate in effect for th involved employee(s) at the time the services are ~ p rformed, with a minimum charge of $75.00 *Include a basic fee of $35.00 plus a 7% administrative charge. ~r There a currently no fees being charged for the services noted above. The p oposed fees ere developed after a review of the City's costs, including salary, benefits, aterials, sup lies and indirect costs for the employees performing the services; are c nsistent with pplicable policies and directives of the City Council; comparable to fees e tablished in they jurisdictions for providing such services; and are necessary in order t recover the ity's costs from the beneficiaries of the services. Persons desiring to comment hereon shall submit written comments to the City's P blic Works epartment, Transportation Division, 858 Pearl Street, Eugene, OFegon 9 401, within 15 days of the date of posting as shown below.
