OF THE <br /> ~ UCCEEDING DAY. <br /> NOTI IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the authority contained in Section1.003(2) <br /> ~,of the Park Rul s as amended by Administrative Order No. 58-98-16-F on October 20, 1998, the <br /> <br /> i Executive Dir ctor of the Public Works Department of the City of Eugene, has issued an <br /> Administrative Order proposing that: <br /> he gate on the upper Skinner Butte Road (located near the intersection of <br /> ~ Skinner Butte Loop and Third Avenue) be closed, restricting vehicular access, <br /> ' other t an police vehicles or authorized City employees, between the hours of <br /> ~ 10:00 p m. of one day and 7:30 a.m. of the following day. <br /> ~ he proposed order would not limit the public's right of non-vehicular <br /> access t the park between 6:00 a. m. and 11:00 p. m. <br /> <br /> ICI <br /> The pr posed action is necessary for the preservation of the health, welfare and safety of <br /> <br /> ~i the citizens of e City of Eugene, as supported by Findings C and D of the proposed order. <br /> ~ Persons desiring to comment hereon may submit written comments to the City's Public <br /> Works Depart ent, Maintenance Division, 1820 Roosevelt Boulevard, Eugene, Oregon 97402, <br /> I, 'in writing, wi in fifteen (15) days of the date of publication and posting as indicated below.
