I' I j Notwi standing the usual immediately effective date for administrative orders, public notice of the ad ption of this proposed order shall be given to the media and to persons who have requested noti e, posted at the bulletin board at City Hall, and published once in the Register ~ Guard, a news aper of general circulation within the City. Copies of this Order shall also be ade available or inspection by interested persons at the Public Works Department, Maintenance ~ ivision, 1820 oosevelt Boulevard, Eugene, Oregon 97402 during normal business hours (9:00 ~ a.m. to 5:00 p. .Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays). The notice shall provide that interested pers ns may submit written comments thereon for a period of 15 days from the date of ublication and posting.
