An action that inhibits the ability of City staff to investigate or mitigate <br /> violat ons of the Eugene Code, 1971 (EC) or this Rule. This includes, but is not limited to, <br /> provi ing false information, withholding pertinent information, or refusing to cooperate with <br /> City s ff or authorized contract workers. <br /> Illegal felling. Tree removal for which a tree removal permit was not first obtained <br /> or c of be obtained retroactively that violates EC sections 6.300 - 6.330.
