Feet located in a sensitive area. <br /> Any of the f Mowing criteria shall be considered a sensitive area by the City for which an erosion <br /> prevention p rmit will be required: <br /> • The s ope of the parcel in the area of disturbance is greater than 10%. <br /> • The s te, by City definition, contains highly erodible soils. <br /> • The arcel or tax lot of record has the potential to drain directly into a water feature or its <br /> desig ated buffer area. <br /> For all oche construction activities not subject to the erosion prevention permit requirements, <br /> compliance ith the standards for preventing and controlling erosion, sedimentation, and other <br /> impacts asso fated with construction site management practices is required. <br /> All construct on activity that will result in soil disturbance during the wet weather season (Oct. 15th. <br /> through Apr 1 30th.) shall maintain minimum Best Management Practices (BMP's) on the site. <br /> BMP's shall include: <br /> • Grav 1 construction site entrances. <br /> • Prote tion of all stormwater systems, water features, and natural resources. <br /> • Cove ing exposed soil not currently protected by secondary containment or treatments. <br /> • Time y removal of sediment or construction related material from the right-of--way. All <br /> viola ions that occur shall have corrective action taken immediately. <br /> Activities i volving cleaning of construction equipment and disposal of excess construction <br /> materials sh 11 be conducted such that materials and washout will not be deposited into catch basins, <br /> gutters, ditc es or areas where runoff may carry materials into the City stormwater system. <br /> In addition, t e permittee shall be responsible for promptly removing and cleaning all excess earth, <br /> stone, crush d rock, rubbish, debris and any unused material that result from work performed.
