EC <br /> 7.305 (3) <br /> A copy of th approved permit and drawings must be on the work site. EC 7.305 (2) <br /> The Inspecto shall be responsible for inspection of work performed under standard right-of--way <br /> work or cut ermits and annual permits for work within the public way. Upon request by the <br /> Engineering ivision, the Inspector may also inspect other work performed in the public way under <br /> a revocable p rmit or a public improvement permit. <br /> Upon receivi g the notice of commencement for the proposed work, the Inspector should endeavor <br /> to meet with he contractor's representative in charge of the construction at or before the commence- <br /> ment of the ork covered by the permit. At this time, the methods and planned sequence of the <br /> operations s ould be discussed, unanswered questions resolved, and agreement obtained on <br /> preexisting d~mages to facilities already in place. <br /> The Inspecto will periodically monitor operations performed by the contractor to see that work is <br /> performed a cording to the permit conditions. The work must strictly conform to the approved <br /> plans. Any c anges in the proposed facility from that shown on the approved permit must have the <br /> rp for consen of the Inspector. If a field change is approved by the Inspector, the permittee shall <br /> submit mod~,fied permit drawings which document the change.
