The work zone shall be considered <br /> to include 1 feet at a minimum around the perimeter of the proposed excavation or facility <br /> placement an shall include staging and material storage areas within the public wa~~. The plans <br /> shall show ac urate locations of curbs, sidewalks and driveways within the proposed work zone. <br /> If the critical root zone of a tree is located within the proposed work zone, the applicant shall so <br /> indicate on th permit application, and the plans shall accurately depict the areas of the ~-ork zone <br /> which may i pact trees, along with the size, location, and species of each tree within such areas. <br /> The critical r of zone for trees 3 inches or smaller in caliper shall be an area with a radius of at least <br /> 3 feet from th trunk. The critical root zone for trees over 3 inches in caliper shall be an area with <br /> a radius of at east eighteen inches from the trunk for every 1 inch of caliper size. <br /> If the work z ne or portions thereof are outside the public right-of--way but within a public utility <br /> easement, th plans shall show any locations where the work zone falls within natural resource <br /> protection are (e.g. wetlands, rare plant areas, conservation zones, individual trees designated for <br /> protection, et <br /> 2.H.6 Abut in Pro a Owner Notification. <br /> <br /> - Prior to a dec Sion on an application for a type 2 TSP, Maintenance Planning staff shall mail notice <br /> of the applic Lion to owners and occupants of properties that abut the right-of--way «-ithin the area <br /> ~1~rr of the propos d TSP. <br /> The notices all: <br /> 1.
