The permit applicant shall agree to indemnify and hold the City harmless from any <br /> loss, cost or d mages arising out of or in connection with any activities associated with the permit. <br /> The permitte is not required to indemnify and hold the City harmless for loss or damages caused <br /> by the City's egligence or intentional torts. <br /> R-7.302-I Transfer of Telecommunication Licenses. <br /> In the vent a telecommunications license is transferred under the conditions contained in <br /> Chapter 3 of he Eugene, Code 1971, the new licensee shall be responsible for all the previous <br /> licensee's outs anding agreements and obligations to the City regarding use of the public way.
