A person with a background or training in erosion prevention <br /> techni ues and who holds a license or certification to practice in Oregon in one of the <br /> folio ' g professions: engineer, architect, landscape architect, or is in a similar profession as <br /> Bete ed by the City Manager; or a person who is certified as a geologist or as a <br /> profes 'oval in erosion and sedimentation control by the International Erosion Control <br /> Associ Lion, or any other similar organization, or by the City, as determined by the City <br /> Manag r. <br /> City Manager. An activity used in the process of developing, redeveloping, <br /> enhan ing, or maintaining land, including but not limited to: land disturbance, building <br /> const coon, paving and surfacing, storage and disposal of construction related materials. <br /> Construction footprint.
