Notwithstanding the effective date of this Order as set forth below, the MWMC <br /> Wastewater User Fees set forth in Exhibit A hereto are hereby established as the fees to be charged <br /> for the services set forth, and the unamended rates are hereby ratified and affirmed as the rates to be <br /> charged for the services set forth, to be effective on all bills issued on or after July 1, 2001, except <br /> for septage hauler fees which will be effective for all septage hauler charges incurred after July 1, <br /> 2001. <br /> 2. A copy of this Order be forwarded to the Mayor and City Councilors.
