In the <br /> case of those roposed developments that are determined to have a potential for exceptional water usage, the City <br /> Engineer may equire that the Owner(s) enter into an agreement with the City to review water usage or wastewater <br /> discharge at s ch time the development is in full use or production as the final basis of the local wastewater SDC.
