I find that the increase should be implemented and effective for all septage hauler charges <br /> incurred after July 1, 2002, and that Administrative Order No. 5$-01-10-F and the fees adopted <br /> thereunder should be repealed and the unamended fees ratified as of the effective date of this order. <br /> On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br /> 1. Notwithstanding the effective date of this Order as set forth below, the MWMC <br /> Wastewater User Fees set forth in Exhibit A hereto are hereby established as the fees to be charged <br /> for the services set forth, the unamended rates are hereby ratified and affirmed as the rates to be <br /> charged for the services set forth, and the septage hauler fees should be implemented and effective <br /> for all septage hauler charges incurred after July 1, 2402. <br /> 2. A copy of this Order be forwarded to the Mayor and City Councilors.
