u <br /> <br /> i <br /> <br /> i <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER N0.58-02-24-F <br /> of the <br /> City Manager pro tem of the City of Eugene <br /> <br /> i <br /> AMENDMENT OF WETLANDS MITIGATION BANK FEE. <br /> The City Manager pro tem of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br /> A. Section 2.020 of the Eugene, Code, 1971 authorizes the City Manager to determine <br /> and set fees and charges to be imposed by the City for services, goods, use of municipal property, <br /> and licenses and permits. <br /> B. In accordance with the procedures set forth therein, on August 22, 2002, I issued <br /> administrative Order No. 58-02-24 and notified the Mayor and City Councilors that I intended to <br /> increase the wetlands mitigation bank fee in order to recover the costs of developing and maintaining <br /> the wetlands in accordance with the agreement that the City has with the Oregon Division of State <br /> bands (ODSL) andU.S. Army Corps ofEngineers to restore and createwetlands to satisfymitigation <br /> gbligations for development within the City. <br /> C. Notice was also posted at two locations at City Hall and published in the Register . <br /> Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City, on August 23, 2002, and made available <br /> for inspection by interested persons at the office of the City Manager, City Hall, 777 Pearl Street, <br /> <br /> ! Eugene, Oregon 97401. Notice provided that written comments would be received for a period of <br /> 15 days from the date of posting and publication. No written comments were received within the <br /> time or in the manner provided in the Notice. <br /> D.
