Based on the above findings, and the findings in Administrative Order No. 5 8-02-29, <br /> I find that establishment of the Major Aerial Installation Permit Fee is consistent with applicable <br /> ~ policies and directive of the City Council, and complies with the requirements of Section 7.300 of <br /> the Eugene Code, 1971, that all of the City's costs related to processing the applications for the <br /> pen~nits and inspecting the work during and after completion be fully recovered, and the Utility <br /> j Right-of--Way Permit Fee Schedule should be amended asset forth in the attached Exhibit A, which <br /> includes removal of references to fees applicable in the yeaz 2002.
