The o erator must <br /> p <br /> provide a radio and instrument repair service at .the Airport and must hold all applicable certificates <br /> and ratings required under FAR Part 145 and FAR Part 65. <br /> 7.3.1 Required Lot Size. The operator shall have available to it at all times, by <br /> ownership, lease, or contract, sufficient hangar space to accommodate customer requirements. <br /> 7.3.2 Required Building Size. The operator shall have a minimum of 300 square feet <br /> of properly lighted and heated building space on Airport property for office, shop, and other <br /> needs. <br /> 7.3.3 Required Personnel. The operator shall have one person qualified for the <br /> services to be provided in accordance with the terms of the repair station certificate. <br /> 7.3.4 Hours of Operation. The operating hours of the facility will be at the operator's <br /> discretion, subject to the approval of the Airport Manager. <br /> 7.4 Aircraft Charter and Taxi. The operator must be certificated by the FAA under FAR <br /> Part 135 with appropriate ratings and licensing. <br /> 7.4.1 Required Lot Size. The leasehold shall contain sufficient tie-down and hangar <br /> space to accommodate the projected inventory of aircraft. <br /> 7.4.2 Required Building Size. The operator must have a minimum of 100 square feet <br /> of properly lighted and heated space on Airport property for office and public use area. The <br /> operator may satisfy the obligation to provide restrooms and lobby space by sharing lobby <br /> space and restrooms with another operator in the same building. In addition, if the operator <br /> provides air cargo service, a minimum of 200 additional square feet of storage space is <br /> required. <br /> 7.4.3 Required Personnel. The operator must have one person having a current <br /> commercial pilot's certificate, who is appropriately rated to conduct the service offered. <br /> 7.4.4 Equipment Requirements. The operator shall provide aircraft that are current <br /> and in compliance with all requirements of the Air Charter and Taxi Certificate held under <br /> FAR Park 135. <br /> 7.4.5 ~ Hours of Operation. The minimum operating hours of the facility shall be from <br /> 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., five days a week, excluding holidays. <br /> 7.5 Aircraft Rental. <br /> 7.5.1 Rice uired Lot Size.
