Manager; and <br /> 7.1.5.2 Three fuel-dispensing trucks, two jet fuel-dispensing trucks having a <br /> minimum capacity of 2,000 gallons and one aviation gasoline fuel-dispensing truck <br /> having a minimum capacity of 750 gallons. Each truck will be equipped with adequate <br /> and appropriate filtering devices and meters. Fuel shall be available in such types and <br /> <br /> ~ uantities to meet all reasonable demands of the aircraft normall fre uentin the <br /> q Y q g <br /> <br /> j ' Airport. Both jet fuel and aviation gasoline shall be offered. <br /> 7.1.6 Required Service. The service shall include, but not be limited to, fueling, <br /> parking, washing, tieing down aircraft, inflating aircraft tires and changing aircraft oil. The <br /> operator shall provide shuttle service for aircraft occupants as necessary. <br /> 7.1.7 Hours of Operation. As a minimum, the facility shall be open for business <br /> during the same periods that the FAA Control Tower at Eugene is in operation, but no less than <br /> fourteen hours per day seven days per week, and on call at other times, and shall be available <br /> within a one hour notice. <br /> 7.2 Aircraft Engine and Accessory Maintenance and Repair. The operator must offer <br /> air frame power plant and accessory repair for small aircraft (12,500 pounds and under) and must meet <br /> all requirements as specified under FAR Parts 43 and 65. <br /> 7.2.1 Required Lot Size. The leasehold shall contain: <br /> 7.2.1.1 Sufficient square footage of paved parking area for ten standard-sized <br /> ' ' automobiles, and <br /> 7.2.1.2 Paved parking and tie-down area of adequate size and strength to <br /> accommodate five general aviation type aircraft in the 12,500 pound category as <br /> specified in FAA AC 150/5320-6C , or as amended. <br /> 7.2.2 Required Building Size. The operator shall have: <br /> 7.2.2.1 A minimum of 500 square feet of properly lighted and heated building <br /> space on Airport property for office, restrooms, and public use area. <br /> 7.2.2.2 A 3,000 square foot clear-span hangar of adequate dimensions to <br /> accommodate maintenance and repair services for aircraft normally frequenting the <br /> Airport. <br /> 7.2.3 Required Personnel. The operator shall have one qualifiedfull-time Inspector- <br /> Aircraft Mechanic, and as many other properly trained personnel as may be required to perform <br /> the various maintenance repairs in an efficient manner. <br /> 7.2.4 Required Equipment. The operator shall have: <br /> 7.2.4.1 Sufficient equipment, supplies and parts to perform maintenance in <br /> accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and to meet the needs of the various <br /> : types of aircraft normally frequenting the Airport. <br /> 7.2.4.2 Sufficient equipment to properly remove from the landing area any <br /> disabled aircraft weighing 12,500 pounds or less within a reasonable period of time. <br /> 7.2.5 Required Service. The operator shall have a stock of aircraft parts and <br /> accessories, adequate in supply and variety to satisfy the demand. <br /> 7.2.6 Hours of Operation.
