Each fuel servicing vehicle will also be <br /> conspicuously marked on both sides and rear with the type and grade of fuel it <br /> contains in appropriate color schemes. <br /> 5.4.3.5 Unless allowed by a permit or lease, fuel servicing vehicles shall not <br /> be stored or parked at the Airport. A person, firm, or corporation may park or position <br /> a fuel servicing vehicle on the Airport premises only when actually dispensing fuel. <br /> Except for operators engaged in fueling, oil sales and transient aircraft services under <br /> + section 7.1 of these rules, permission to park fuel servicing vehicles shall be granted <br /> by a permit or lease only for extraordinary circumstances and for a limited period of <br /> time. <br /> 5.4.3.6. Fuel servicing vehicles shall use only the entrance, exit, and route <br /> designated by the Airport Manager while at the Airport. <br /> 5.4.3.7. A fuel servicing vehicle cargo tank shall be supported by and attached <br /> ' to, or be a part of, the vehicle upon which it is carried. <br /> <br /> ~ ~ 5.4.3.8. Enough persons shall be employed during fueling operations to safely <br /> operate the fuel storage and dispensing systems and perform periodic checks and <br /> inspections essential to their proper functioning. <br /> 'j 5.4.3.9. When a malfunction of the fueling equipment is detected, all fueling <br /> operations shall cease immediately and the malfunction shall be brought to the <br /> immediate attention of the aircraft owner or operator. <br /> 5.4.4 Self-Service Fueling. <br /> 5.4.4.1 Authorized. <br /> (a) The Airport Manager may issue permits for operation of a self- <br /> service fueling facility to operators who provide one or more of the services <br /> set forth in Sections 7.1 through 7.6 of these Airport Rules pursuant to an <br /> Agreement with the City or a license or permit issued by the City. <br /> <br /> ~ (b) The self-service fueling facilities, including all proposed fuel <br /> dispensing and storage equipment, shall be placed only in an area designated <br /> and approved by the Airport Manager. The location of the designated area <br /> may be changed by the Airport Manager to accommodate airport expansion <br /> !
