26.8 All poles on controlled street light circuits shall be fused in the hand hole with <br /> HEB- a fuse holders and Type L insulating boots (5 amp). <br /> 26.9 Lighting systems shall be controlled by dead front-type panel, freestanding or <br /> pole anted. (Pole mounted panels aze not permitted for use with twin or single ornamental <br /> light p les.) <br /> 26.10 All materials shall comply with the current edition of the City's Standard <br /> Speci cations and Drawings Manual for construction as adopted and amended by City <br /> Engin er memorandum. <br /> <br /> R-7.085/SL- A.ppeaL <br /> A dec ion denying a privately engineered public improvement application that includes street <br /> lights maybe appealed by the applicant within the time and in the manner set forth in Section 2.021 <br /> of the Eugen Code, 1971. The appeal shall be accompanied by the fee established by the City <br /> Manager p uant to Section 2.020 of the Eugene Code, 1971, and shall descnbe in writing the <br /> specific basis or bases upon which the appellant asserts that the decision was in error.
