apply to-wit: (a) Alcoholic liquor. An alcoholic beverage containing more than one- half of one percent of alcohol by volume. (b) Hard liquor. An alcoholic beverage, including sweet wines and all spirituous liquors, containing 14 percent or more of alcohol by volume. (c) Malt beverage. Beer, ale, porter, stout and similar beverages made of barley malt, hops and water, containing more than one-half of one percent of alcohol by volume and not more than 14 percent of alcohol by volume. (2) Hard Liquor. Consumption of hard liquor, or possession of any receptacle containing hard liquor is prohibited in all park and open space areas. (3) Malt Beverages and Alcoholic Liquor. Consumption ofmalt beverages and alcoholic liq or, or possession of any receptacle containing alcoholic liquor or a malt beverage which has be n opened or had the seal broken or the contents of which have been partially removed, is permitted i all park and open space areas except within: (a) Children's playground areas; (b) Athletic fields; (c) Wading pools; (d) Tennis courts; (e) Parking lots; (t7 Skateboard facilities; (g) Rest rooms; (h) Sheltered picnic areas, unless explicitly authorized by the City in writing in conjunction with the rental of a sheltered picnic area; and (i) The following specific facilities and pool areas: 1.
