The transportation and local wastewater rates were last updated in <br /> ovember 2002 reflecting costs and rate factors current as of June 2002. SDCs related to other local <br /> ystems (i.e. par s, stormwater) were last updated in October 2003, with the stormwater cost-related rate <br /> <br /> ~ actors current u to January 2003. An adjustment to the parks SDC rate is not proposed at this time, <br /> ending results f the comprehensive review currently underway. <br /> The Eugene Co e, 1971 (EC) section 2.020(3) provides for giving notice of a proposed fee 15 days prior <br /> 1*o the change in ee amount. In this case, the preliminary Administrative Order No. 58-04-04 will be <br /> lposted on Marc 5, 2004 at two locations at city hall and be published in the Register Guard on March 7, <br /> 004. Copies o the notice of intended charges will also be mailed to interested persons who have <br /> itequested such tice. After the expiration of the comment period, the City Manager will consider the <br /> comments recei ed, and adopt the increases as proposed or as modified in response to the comments <br /> <br /> ~ if eceived.
